Client may reschedule with at least 1 days’ notice.
Photographer may reschedule in cases of illness, emergencies, or weather, with no penalty to the Client.
Photographer retains all copyright to the images.
Client receives a license for personal use (printing, sharing on social media, etc.).
Commercial use (advertising, resale, etc.) requires a separate agreement unless otherwise specified.
Images will be delivered via [online gallery / email] within 3 days of the session.
Photographer will provide edited, high-resolution JPEGs and PNG's. RAW files are not included unless agreed in writing.
Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, late arrivals).
In case of equipment failure, liability is limited to rescheduling or refund of fees paid.
The Client grants the Photographer permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
